AREA SALES MANAGER
Dedicated Area Sales Manager with a High Customer Service Ethic.

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional, ideally located within the M4 corridor for the position as Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager position has strategic as well as operational aspects as the person will identify and drive new business within strategic sectors
and have the responsibility to cultivate, develop and nurture significant customers in order to ensure Vikan the position as a preferred partner.

As the Area Sales Manager for the South of England, your primary areas of responsibility will be:

● Identity and drive new business within strategic sectors.
● Develop the Vikan site survey service in key F&B groups.
● Build and grow strong relations with key end users and distributors.
● Manage full implementation of product training to key stakeholders.
● Ensure increased customer satisfaction through professional account management..
● Identify further opportunities with key business partners and end-users to secure that Vikan in the future will be the preferred partner/supplier.

You will work in a strategically important market for Vikan and can expect exciting and varied tasks offering you a high degree of professional and personal development. You will work directly and very closely with the management in Vikan UK and will get a direct influence on the preparation of business plans as well as activity plans for the sales area.

Candidate Requirements

Relevant Candidates have a strong business orientation, are able to drive the complete sales process and have a strong individual sales background and experience with sales concepts as well as having knowledge about the food and healthcare industries or other sectors
where hygiene is essential would be a distinct advantage. As a person you are dynamic with hands-on and an action/solution oriented approach who is performance driven and ambitious. In return, we offer an attractive salary package including a performance related bonus scheme and company car.
