About our Client

Our client is an established food business serving the major retailers, discounters and food service sector with a number of different products, including value added. They have a great reputation for innovation and are currently looking to add a National Account Manager to their dynamic team due to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts assigned to you.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer and business KPIs, including driving new business.
Working closely with the Commercial, Technical and Operational teams.
Responsible for formulating compelling customer-led propositions to drive growth.
Working with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met in terms of NPD.
Trends and Innovation, ensuring that our customers see us as the first point of contact for product information and market information by category.
Building effective long-term collaborative relationships with our internal stakeholders and colleagues.
To become an expert in the market.
Management of key data to monitor and drive performance in both the customer and against internal targets.
Monitoring and evaluating our performance and customer category performance.
Delivering of information accurately and on time (internally and externally).

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role as a minimum you must have a proven track record of managing food service accounts and delivering new business within the food industry.
