As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Admin/Resourcing tasks are completed within the Non-Food team at Clear Edge Search and Selection. Your role will focus heavily on resourcing candidates and clients along with other admin related tasks. This is an in house role working alongside our established recruitment team. You will be mentored through your first 12 months by one of our Senior Business Consultants.

Duties include:

  • Data Cleansing (bounce backs)
  • Headhunting
  • Adding/Removing Companies/Candidates to the company system
  • Search job boards for relevant candidates
  • Initial interview (screening) of candidates and arranging follow up call with consultant
  • LinkedIn correspondence
  • Arranging interviews – Assisting Admin Team
  • Creative job adverts
  • Find suitable trade shows for each consultant to attend
  • After care (calling placed candidates to keep contact with Clear Edge)
  • Filling all interview cards per consultant/Industry
  • Any other ad hoc HR Administration duties and project based support as and when required

Experience/Attributes:

  • No experience is needed but 6 months as a trainee recruitment consultant would be desirable
  • Previous sales experience would be an advantage however not a necessity
