Our client is the UK market leader within their core category within watch division. They are innovative, forward thinking and ambitious. They have secured a reputation for great products and excellent service. In order to help facilitate further growth in their account base, our client is now looking to recruit an additional National Account Manager to join their sales team.

As National Account Manager you will be responsible for a diverse mix of customers that could span a number of retail channels such as Department Stores and Online. You will be expected to grow profitable sales within existing accounts by identifying, delivering new opportunities and lead your team to success.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Work closely with the design team to develop product ranges
  • Hold regular customer meetings with Buyers to build relationships, present promotional ideas and deliver mutually beneficial business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships internally with other departments such as Merchandising and QA
  • Be point of contact between the customer and internal functions
  • Manage a team of 3 Area Sales Managers.

To be considered for this rewarding and challenging opportunity you will be a proven Key / National Account Manager. Your experience will come from a clear history in managing national accounts within watch/ jewellery divisions and you will be able to show growth of both sales and profit. Being commercially minded, numerate, have excellent communication and relationship building skills, coupled with a good work ethic.
