Are you an experienced business development executive looking for a new challenge?

Speakeasy Ice Creams are a new concept entering the market! We specialise in making premium quality alcohol infused ice cream. We are currently a family run business with huge growth plans and we are looking for an experienced business development executive to join us on this exciting journey. 

So what will we expect you to do?

You will be field based, our head office is based in Marden, Kent and we are looking for someone to represent our business initially across the South East and London for food service and independent retailers, with a view to expanding nationally.

Mapping out the market to understand where our target audience is will be key for this role. You will then set a quarterly business plan to support your business development and revenue targets. 

As the business grows you will have the opportunity to lead the training and development of business development associates across the business to ensure a one team ethic to hit quarterly targets. 

You will be responsible for keeping the team informed of trends across the industry to assist in shaping the sales strategy. 

As this is a field based role you will be attending meetings with potential and existing clients, alongside trade events as required.
