Senior Marketing Manager

They are now looking for a senior marketing manager to drive and implement the marketing strategy both within the UK and internationally. This role also requires a strong leader to direct and manage a dynamic marketing team. A few words to best describe them; ambitious and progressive, this is somewhere you can kick start your career.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the development and implementation of defined marketing strategies 
• Identify new product opportunities through thorough market and competitor analysis 
• Lead product development with the R&D department following an approved process 
• Clearly define best practice for the use of marketing and promotional materials
• Manage and build good working relationships with key agencies 
• Develop advertising campaigns to complement existing sales campaigns and seasonal activities 
• Evaluate, improve and manage the social media and internet-focused marketing strategy in conjunction with the digital marketing team 

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a senior level in a B2B or B2C environment 
• Experience of developing and implementing through the line marketing strategies 
• Demonstrable new product development experience, from concept to launch 
• Line management experience
