The Role: Representing a leading creative media agency, the new National Sales Manager will be largely responsible for winning new business across the UK. Targeting a range of industries you will contact senior employees such as technical and digital content directors, selling a range of marketing solutions designed for customer experience. 25% of your time will be spent managing a team of 6, office based 2-3 days per week in Hertfordshire.

The Company: Already boasting an impressive list of global brands, our client delivers a range of bespoke digital, creative and music based solutions across retail, leisure, hospitality and fitness industries. The team consists of musical consultants and composers, creating content for digital and physical spaces for the likes of Gymbox, TGI Fridays and Hunter. They are multi-award winning, and now recruiting after achieving 30% growth in 2016.

Your Career: Offering commission based on gross profit of up to 50% and progression into director level roles, this market leader is looking for senior business to business sales applicants with strong new business capability. Candidates from any industry are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Senior business to business sales experience
  • New business drive, polished with strong English language
  • Management experience ideal


Benefits of this role:
  • Up to £60,000 basic salary for the right candidate
  • 50% OTE, based on gross profit
  • Company car or allowance, mobile, laptop and pension


Location: Hertfordshire 2-3 days per week
