The Role
This assignment is a fixed 12-month contract and covers maternity leave.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Field Sales Professional to join us and take ownership of a key performing region in the UK. Based in and around the East Coast – this region encompasses the areas such East Riding of Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Peterborough and Norfolk.

Working within a successful team and reporting to the UK Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships we have within the Independent Nursery channel.  

The Candidate 
With at least 3 years’ consumer sales experience you will be a result focused individual who can demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and endeavour. First rate communication and negotiation skills combined with strong account planning and development abilities will be key.

Candidates who can demonstrate a track record of developing Independent retailers within the nursery industry would be of great interest to us. 

Strong product presentation skills and an ability to win the hearts and minds of retail store professionals and owner operators will be of paramount importance. We place great emphasis on the education, training and development of our key partners and consumers.
