The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be responsible for the success of their area by managing sales advisors who look after new and existing clients. You will be driven to motivate and lead your team to achieve results. Our client is now looking for a new Business Development Manager to cover and manage advisors in Northern Home Counties.
The Company: A well-established UK market leading manufacturer and distributor of blinds, curtains and shutters. Their mission is to make the nations homes more beautiful with their own in-home service and recently expanded to incorporate new products.
Your Career: If you are a structured Business Development Manager who is looking to develop a career managing a team of sales people then this company is for you. this role will suit a candidate who is eager to deliver results through others and keen to manage a team.
The Person: To be considered for the Business Development Manager position you will be keen to learn new products, to be interested in working in the home interiors industry and to show the will to deliver results through others. Our client is looking for someone of this calibre to maintain the high standards of customer service on which they pride themselves.
For this Business Development Manager position we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Any B2B sales experience
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Previous experience within home interiors experience is ideal but not necessary
- Results driven, strong communication skills and likeable
