We are currently recruiting for this pivotal role within our Vimto OOH team, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous operations experience to join the team at an exciting period of our growth. The successful candidate will be able to make this role their own and have full responsibility of this progressive area. Our position of Operations Controller requires are individual with strong leadership, motivational skills and gravitas to lead a growing field based workforce.

Your job will be:

  • Lead and manage the Out of Home operations team across the whole of the UK Implement operational improvements and continually improve working practices Support commercial growth whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Lead the Training Managers to develop the skill sets of the Operations team Oversea H&S & Quality standards across all parts of the OOH business
  • Develop a succession planning pipeline fit for the future Ensure all external accreditations are maintained
  • Grow underlying sales by delivering customer service excellence To have a leadership presence across all regions on a regular basis
  • Provide support and guidance to Commercial colleagues Work cross functionally with commercial team for the greater good of the business
  • Lead and develop the Customer Service Function Work with teams for roll out of equipment when required

You are good at:

  • Delivering excellence in customer service
  • Managing a large team of direct and indirect reports
  • Effectively manage the budget Leading by example and coaching the team to be the best in the industry
  • Motivation and engagement of all direct reports and the wider operations team
  • Be an ambassador for Vimto Out of Home
  • Be an expert in your industry and understand new technologies that could improve Vimto OOH Operations
  • You are great at maintaining excellent levels of engagement and communication across the teams
