Hours: 40 hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

An exciting vacancy is available within Natures Way Foods HR team. We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our Operations teams with volume hires.

The majority of NWF's workforce sits in our Operations function. This Recruitment Specialist will focus on high volume operations recruitment, placing entry level and skilled labour into our 4 Manufacturing sites in Chichester.


A varied role focusing on resourcing:
  • High volume operatives, both entry level and skilled (managing up to circa 100 vacancies during peak)
  • Skilled professional roles such as Engineers / Technical Quality
  • Mid Management level roles - Operations Management / Engineering Management




Principle responsibilities:
  • Delivery of recruitment for front line managers/staff
  • Building and maintaining relationships with line managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing the Induction and on boarding process
  • Candidate Management, from attraction to on boarding, including building talent pipeline
  • Recruitment Administration
  • Collation of monthly recruitment data for board reports and monthly operations meetings
  • Support with day to day management with on-site recruitment supplier
  • Administration of psychometric testing
  • Co-coordinating Assessment Centre's for internal and external candidates
