Here at Field Sales Solutions, we work in partnership with some of the biggest FMCG brands out there. It’s our job to ensure that when a member of the public wants to make a purchase, it’s our client’s product that’ll catch their eye at the point of sale. That’s where you come in. This is a serious opportunity to add real credibility to your industry experience, looking after your own team of 5 Business Development Executives & some of the UK’s best loved brands.
When a member of the public wants to purchase goods, it’s our client’s brands that are on the shelves. Whilst coaching & developing your team, you’ll ensure that trade relationships are made with coffee shops, delis & sandwich shops. They may already stock our products, or perhaps they’re yet to be convinced. Either way, you’ll be the driving force that escalates our chilled drinks market share.
We’ll ensure that you’re given the tools, market insight and the autonomy to have informed conversations about things like on shelf availability, point of sale displays and business objectives.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with customer service and relationship-building skills, self-motivation and drive to manage your own workload and the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate data.
