Description

Commercial Manager will include:

* Growing the Top 4 Grocery Accounts plus Waitrose and Ocado.

* National /Senior Account Management responsibility and accountability level

* To exceed agreed targets for sales, profitability, volume and customer spend for your accounts

* Accurately forecasting and management of plan volumes and customer investment

* Day to Day interaction and communication with Head of UK Sales and cross functional teams

* Inspiring and engaging customers to create positive change to increasing range, space etc.

* To champion the business's mission, aims, objectives and values

Profile

* Graduate scheme with FMCG preferable

* Strong track record of national account management within top 4 grocery accounts

* Demonstrable impressive business achievements

* Experience of successfully leading JBP discussions and negotiations to a favourable conclusion

* Ability to work in very fast-paced, growing, changing environment

* Passionate, compassionate, lots of energy, resilient, team & self centred

* Based 1.5h from Bristol MAX

* Able to travel nationally
