The Company: With a turnover of £100 million, this company is the market leader in contract specification fabrics and wallcoverings. They pride themselves on the ability to design, manufacture and supply high quality and innovative fabric, wallpaper, trimmings and paint for the contract interior sector. From corporate dining and five-star resorts to intimate restaurants and boutique hotels, their comprehensive range of products can be seen in hospitality, leisure, healthcare and marine interior projects.
The Role: As a Brand Development Manager, you will be tasked with selling from a vast portfolio of products including fabrics, wallpapers, trimmings, paints and other homeware. Selling to buyers and store owners in smaller independent retail stores and retail multiples, you will be responsible for developing and driving a strategic sales business plan across the North of England. The majority of the role being centred on existing clients means the successful candidate must have strong account management skills, be highly personable and be comfortable with a more consultative approach to the sales process. You will also assist at trade showed to promote new and existing collections. This client hold a huge house of luxury brands. The company will provide a full induction and product training programme.
For this Brand Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- A strong track record in B2B field sales experience
- Experience selling into retailers
- Someone who is an excellent relationship builder, eager to learn and enthusiastic about their work
- £35,000 - £40,000 Base Salary
- Bonus is 25% of earnings
- Fully Expensed Company Car
