Since entering the marketing with a range of innovative products in the 1980’s, my client has continued to excite their consumers with a diverse product portfolio. Now stocked in every top 4 grocer and corner shop, their products are household names enjoyed by a wide range of consumers. Over the past few years the company has seen a huge increase in demand and, after a restructure is now looking to add to their team.
As Consumer Marketing Manager, this role will head up a team of six Brand Managers working within the consumer division. A strategic approach to marketing is a must, with experience in brand planning over a 3 year period. Consumer research will be a vital part of the role, which in turn will allow you to work cross functionally with NPD. This is a branded environment and you will work to develop existing and new brands through strong communications.
In order to be considered for this role, experience managing a sizeable marketing team is essential. Knowledge of how to develop a branded product is a must, although any product will be considered as long as you have a true passion for food. Despite the size and scale of the business, a can-do, roll your sleeves up approach is a prerequisite.
