We are proud to say we are growing, and we are now recruiting to expand our team at our new office in Ascot in servicing our portfolio of Southern based clients including Wrigley, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, William Grant & Sons and Bic, to name a few. We have a number of office based roles which will provide comprehensive client management and operational/ administrative support to our growing FMCG Client base.

All roles will invole planning and project managing retail field sales support campaigns to drive Availability, Visibility and Compliance of our client’s products at the point of purchase (predominantly multiple grocery retailers) by mobilising our flexible nationwide field sales team into stores to deliver perfect in store execution. 

The roles are predominantly office based, but travel to our client’s offices and time out in store is a fundamental requirement of the role.

You will liaise with our clients to plan, develop and manage in store support strategies that deliver ROI driving campaigns. You will ensure that the field team is briefed accordingly and that campaigns are completed within the agreed timeframe, while delivering to key metrics.  

Interpreting, analysing and reporting client & retailer data is a key part of the role, highlighting key facts to the client including ‘So What’ learnings, insights & recommendations in addition to hard fact.

Desireable experience is either:

  • Retail Management (Multiple Grocer or Retailer Head Office)
  • FMCG  - National Accounts or Shopper/Customer Marketing
  • Field Marketing Client Account Services

A Project Management or Client Services background would also be relevant to these roles.
