Job Details

The Company:

My client is a food ingredients business that specialise in confections, inclusions and toppings and supply predominantly into the bakery, dairy & dessert categories. This business is part of a wider European food group.

The Role:

  • To build strong relationships with customers and distributors within your designated sectors.
  • Sell promotions as per set targets.
  • Develop direct key accounts as designated.
  • Ensure account profitability through effective management and control of terms, volume, distribution, mix and contribution.
  • Work alongside development and production teams to ensure efficient implementation, production and delivery of products.

The Candidate:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience of selling ingredients into the ice cream, bakery or confectionery sectors would be a clear advantage
  • Experience working in a B2B food ingredients sales role
