A rare opportunity has arisen to work as a Chef De Partie in a top luxury boutique hotel in Central London.

This is a permanent role requiring you to work at the Hotel on a rota basis. Your new role Based within the luxury hotel, your new role as a Chef De Partie in the fine dining restaurant will require a fast and efficient support based approach to assisting the Head Chef in daily operations of the kitchen. Key aspects of this role will include but will not be limited to; Supporting the Head Chef in planning and execution of catering for the hotel guests and control of operations on your station or line of production. You will also be required to produce a high standard quality of food at all times in line with established high standards. Other duties include assisting with food production of various areas in accordance with timing requirements and ensuring all wastage is kept under strict control. Strict adherence to hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times to ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards is essential.

• Organised and systematic in your approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work consistently in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Strong capability to multi-task and work well under pressure
