National Account Executive

To support the National Account manager with the Internal Account Strategy with the objectives of distribution, availability, display and impact. Support the Customer Process of Selling, Negotiation and Implementation of the internally agreed plan in Irish retailers. Implementation of JBP Agreements with the above customer. Assist cross functional teams to in achievement of overall Internal and Customer JBP commercial objectives within the defined budgets and time lines. Work with external customer contacts to achieve commercial success.
The Successful NAE will need :
- 2-3 Years of Account Management
- Exceeding current sales targets
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills across hierarchical levels
- Leadership skills
- Relationship development
- Influencing and negotiating skills
- Confectionery or Snack food experience would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Irish FMCG retail market would be beneficial
£30,000 - £38,000 Basic Salary + Competitive Package
