The Supply Chain division of Exsurgo is recruiting a Customer Service Executive for a global drinks business based in London.
The Customer Service Executive will be required to be the first point of contact for processing orders from a portfolio of customers across all channels. You will provide end to end administrations from process of order to delivery and provide customer service support to the wider business.
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Executive job based in London will have the following attributes:
- Proven track record of working in a customer service role within a FMCG environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Previous experience of working with an ERP system
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and flexible character
The Customer Service Executive job is offering the following package:
- £25,000 - £27,000
- Bonus + benefits
