National Account Manager - Tesco
As a homeowner, these brands will be prevalent throughout your household. This organisation is a brand leader in a very competitive category which is saturated with some global FMCG brands. To maintain their category share they need to rely on the strength of their brands and exceptional customer relationships to ensure they keep their competition at an arm's length. This role will be working on their Tesco account which is a pivotal customer to the business.
This role will be responsible for 50% of their Tesco business and will have ownership over numerous key brands that are no.1 or no.2 market position in their categories. You will be tasked with ensuring that their growth in Tesco is ahead of their performance in the market. You will work closely with your customer to build a JBP that ensures a win/win result for both parties. Targeted on net sales and trade spend predominantly, you will also be required to achieve distribution and pricing objectives. You will work closely with Customer Marketing and Category teams to ensure a good understanding of the account, category, consumer, the shopper and market dynamics.
You will be working in a NAM role at the moment with full P&L responsibility for a grocery retail account. This role will offer great progression opportunities and its working for a fantastic FMCG business with an even better reputation!
