THE ROLE: As a National Sales Manager, your time will be equally split between managing a team of 3 Field Sales Executives and driving sales directly. Focusing on the independent sector, this role will require you to have strong operational skills and the ability to make strategic decisions that can drive profitability for your team and your customers.
THE PERSON: This role will suit a naturally outgoing, motivated and organised Sales Manager, looking to join a passionate employer, who will empower you to make a real difference. You will need to be comfortable training and developing your team in both structured training sessions and by leading from the front in the field. Experience in FMCG would be beneficial, however, strong managers from other business to business sectors will also be considered.
