Whitakers Chocolates (Exports) Ltd are looking to recruit a Sales Manager with proven success in developing branded and own label sales both overseas and in the UK.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a small sales team, maintain the existing customer base and oversee the sales development of the business.

The Company

Whitakers Chocolates (Exports) Ltd is the Export division of Whitakers Chocolates Ltd, which currently distributes its Retail and HORECA products to 20 countries. These products include After Dinner Mints, Chocolate Crèmes, Personalised Neapolitans and Chocolate Truffles. Privately owned, the Company seeks to develop its business disproportionately through international markets.

The Role

Whitakers Chocolates (Exports) Ltd are looking to recruit a Sales Manager with proven success in developing branded and own label sales. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a small sales team, maintain the existing customer base and oversee the sales development of the business, which in time will also include the UK customer base.

The Person

• Manufacturing experience beneficial
• Own Label account management experience required
• The successful applicant will need to be proactive, motivated and able to demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
