Your new role
You will utilise your expert knowledge and buying experience to source, select and review products to be sold both online and within selected stores. Ensuring continuous delivery of key financial KPI's, you will manage and convey tactical plans, maintain knowledge of key suppliers & competitor activities, ensure clear measurement of product performance and build annual strategic plans to deliver future targets. This role will suit someone who wants to own their own profit & loss, deliver a step change performance and willing to occasionally travel to other offices and stores.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have excellent Buying or Category management experience within a multi-channel FMCG retailer or wholesaler. With a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets, you will have excellent experience in successfully demonstrating your skills in negotiating, strategic planning, multi-tasking, leadership and coaching. You will also possess a distinctive ability to build strong relationships and utilise market knowledge to drive decision making and meet targets in a fast paced environment.
