About the Role:
This National Account Manager role is viewed as the most visible in the business working with the top grocery account in the business with an NSV of over £60m. The role is highly commercial and you will spend time with your internal stakeholders working on strategy as well as a significant time with your account in partnership.
Because of the nature of the business, collaboration is key and the feeling across the company is about the whole rather than just successful individuals.
The other side to this business and critical to the role is the need for further expansion and growth of headcount. You will come into this role and manage 2 reports with 3 dotted lines. The plan is to further add to this team over the next 12-18 months so identifying development areas and a previous track record for hiring is key.
Ambition is key here as these guys recruit for at least 2 promotions within their business. Just being able to do the job is not what they want and it shouldn’t be what you want either. You’ll need to show you are a future leader, high potential and someone who will raise the bar.
- Currently managing top 4 grocery retailer relationship.
- Strong food of drinks background/training in FMCG.
- P&L management experience to a high level.
- Full JBP responsibility.
- Previous CPI experience and tangible growth results in top 4 grocery.
- Man - management experience.
- Passion for product – these guys are one of the most passionate business in the market about what they do!
