As a result, to upgrade their capability, they are looking for an experienced Category professional to play a vital role in shaping and developing their shopper insight strategy.  Here you will have an opportunity to make this role your own.  Your combination of Shopper / Category management will equip you to succeed and you are well respected as someone who is straight talking and makes things happen.  You will be responsible for the direction of a Category Analyst.

You will be expected to develop ‘blue sky’ innovative thinking.  This role is fundamentally about nurturing a philosophy of category based decision making to this business.  You will need to be focused and able to engage and inspire internally at Board level and create meaningful partnerships with data providers to maximise performance.
