BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES MANAGER
British & Continental Food Brokers is a leading supplier of long life bakery products to the UK market place with over 30 years’ experience in retail, convenience and wholesale sectors.
We seek a Business Development Manager to drive the launch of a new Division of a full range of highly innovative and competitive speciality and snacking products, and take-home cakes.
The chosen person will be field based to represent the Company in the UK market.
They will identify potential opportunities and promote the range of products, being accountable for the formulation and realisation of the business sales and marketing strategy.
Annual sales targets need to be met, and all business must be conducted in the best Interests of the Company.
The candidate will have a background of selling to the retail trade, with minimum 5-10 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably in the food trade, including premium products.
A highly motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial mind-set is key for this role.
Personal: Salary to be negotiated in line with experience, together with incentive bonus. Company car and all necessary equipment is provided.
