About our Client:
Our client is on the move, they have experienced some huge growth over the past 3 years more than doubling in size year-on-year. With a recent merger/acquisition to promote further growth in excess of £100m t/o this is an exciting time to join the team. Our client serves a variety of markets, including retail multiples, wholesalers and cash and carries, as well as independent stores with ambient food products.
About the Role:
Within this role you will be a driving force behind the business and deliver growth in sales and brand recognition. You will work closely with the Commercial team to identify areas of opportunity and develop relevant materials and POS to aid sales. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will deliver a marketing strategy to enable further market penetration. You will use your data analysis skills and knowledge of the food/FMCG landscape to identify opportunities for in-house and external brands, ensuring that they make the most of their potential.
The ideal candidate will have an impressive track record in the marketing of food/FMCG products. Experience in international brands would be preferable. Commercial results and the ability to work as part of a team to deliver a marketing strategy will be part of your career history.
To be considered for this role, as a minimum, you must have a proven track record of delivering a commercially focused marketing strategy within Food/FMCG.
