We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and growth operations in our new micro-brewery based in Glasgow.

This is a superb opportunity for a beer enthusiast with proven sales background to get in on the ground floor with a committed company and have a driving role in our growth from start up. We will expect you to manage the brewery’s sales activity and have input into marketing operations.

We expect industry experience, confidence, experience to lead and ambition required to assist in launching a new business.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing all practical aspects of the day to day running of sales operations
• Deliver growth in on and off trade
• Involvement in set up and delivery of events and promotions
• Create and maintain relationships with potential customers via telephone, email and face to face
• Attend events and deliver presentations on products as required
• Familiar with brewery management computer software
• Make recommendations towards design and implementation of sales strategy
• The role will be office based but require mobility for field sales visits and attending events
