Our client is a successful consumer goods manufacturing business. They supply a wide range of branded and own label goods for the UK retail sector.  

The Company’s growth has been built on its ability to design and produce competitively priced, quality products, and its commitment to giving a first class service to its customer base.

The business has a small commercial department and a terrific opportunity has arisen in the Sales team.

The Role

Senior National Account Manager

This is a leadership position in the team, working closely with the Commercial Director the SNAM will assist in the mentoring and development of the other 5 account managers.

This person will also be play a pivotal role in growing the companies top retail accounts.

The position is a mix of home, office and field based.

The Candidate

  • At least 3-5 years in a FMCG national account management, working with major retailers.
  • Ideally some experience in mentoring or leading a team.
  • A hands on approach is required so the best candidates will have operated in an SME.
