Catman Jobs are looking for a Category Manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturer in Yorkshire.
Business: Our client specialises in delivering innovative chilled and frozen product solutions for food services, retail and B2B partners. They are now looking for a Category Manager to help with this time of rapid growth.
Role: Working alongside senior stakeholders utilizing key skills in order to understand the market with the drive to push category forward. There will be an expectation to contribute through creative solutions by supporting category seniors. As the company are a major player when it comes to innovation, you will also be working closely with the NPD team to help develop opportunities.
Individual: You will need to have a number of years’ experience within the FMCG environment with a broad spectrum of skills that can be transferred, good exposure of key data tools is essential. This could be the use of Kantar and Nielsen. In order to succeed in this role, you will need a strong personality that has the capability to build relationships that create more opportunities for the business.
