Customer Service Coordinator
Customer Service Coordinator (Supply Chain Department), Berkshire – 6 months FTC
The Supply Chain division of Exsurgo is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator within the Consumer Goods sector. This position will be in the Supply Chain department and first point of contact.
As the Customer Service Coordinator in Berkshire you will be required to be the first point of contact for all queries, capturing orders over the phone and email, entering orders on the system, processes and analysing credit claims and have the capability to liaise effectively with different departments.
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator job based in Berkshire will have the following attributes:
- Driven individual
- Degree educated
- At least 6 months experience within a Supply Chain / Operations / Analytical position – this can be internship experience
- Target driven
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to deal with numerous of customers at the same time
