£35,000-£42,000 + competitive commission & package
My client is looking for an energetic, proactive and experienced sales professional to assist the business with its ambitious plans for expansion. This is an immediate requirement for a target driven, outgoing and creative sales leader to grow and develop their sales team.
- Training, supporting and developing sales capabilities for the field sales team
- The identification, win and retention of new business opportunities for the depot and team.
- Identify opportunities for growth through new business activity
- Maximise time for canvassing & sales development
- Engage with team & motivate through coaching, support & development
- Ensuring that team are communicating effectively with internal customer network.
- Help & assist drive to deliver sales and cash margin targets
- Experience of working in a similar role within the foodservice sector is essential
- Able to drive & understand sound commercial awareness
- Proven experience in leading, motivating, training/coaching, developing & managing team performance
- Product knowledge and market awareness
- PC literate able to work to targets, deadlines and under pressure
