The Role: The new Internal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing, recruiting, training and leading by example to four direct reports as well booking their own appointments; you will be calling on SMEs and corporates speaking to owners and directors. Full company and product training will be provided to the successful Internal Sales Manager here.

The Company: This £70 million company holds excellent market share and a strong brand name. They offer a full range of managed print services and are now looking to recruit and Internal Sales Manager to bring a positive attitude, driven and motivated attitude to take the reins and develop a team.

For this Internal Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Previous experience with outbound cold calling
  • Man-management experience is beneficial - but not essential
  • B2B sales experience
  • Driven, well presented and articulate candidates will do well here
