An exciting position has become available for a strong, career ambitious Senior NAM or Controller to join my client, a global power house in the FMCG Sales world as their new Customer Development Controller.

Description

The Customer Development Controller will:
  • Manage a team of National Account Managers and Business Development Execs
  • Oversee major accounts within the C&I channel of the business
  • Recruit, train and develop each member of the team to out perform their current role and move them up through the business
  • Deliver key budget and profit targets across the designated customers
  • Design, implement and execute key strategic people and customer plan


The role is office based in Uxbridge.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Customer Development Controller will be able to demonstrate the following:-
  • a successful track record in the FMCG industry
  • background in multi channel and have experience within the grocery channel in national accounts
  • people management experience, min of 2-3 direct reports
  • demonstrate how they have achieved multiple promotions within one company
  • ability to deliver key results
  • ability to motivate other team members and assist in their development
  • deliver under pressure but also thrive under responsibility
  • ideally degree educated albeit other education of equivalent will be considered
  • category management, strong P&L / financial skills


Job Offer

£70,000 to £80,000 per annum DOE + car/car allowance + bonus + benefits
