We are looking for a National Account Executive to join a leading food business based in London. Our client is part of one of the leading fresh food groups in the UK supplying the leading supermarkets with high quality, innovative branded and private label products.

Reporting to the National Account Manager, this role will support the day-to-day management and development of leading retail, food service and food manufacturing accounts whilst ensuring that business and customer objectives are hit. The position will take responsibility for the day-to-day account management as well as utilising market and customer data to propose new ideas and innovative products. The role will also have supplier management responsibilities and will work to develop relationships with partners in the UK and Europe. It is a hands-on role with lots of support internally and fantastic opportunities for rapid career progression.

To apply for this role you must have great commercial acumen and experience of working within a forward-thinking food manufacturing or fresh produce environment. In addition you’ll need an understanding and a strong appreciation of the value of consumer insight. Finally you’ll be driven to succeed and be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair.
