National Account Executive – Beauty
A fantastic opportunity for a high-potential Sales individual has arisen to join a leading beauty business which is rapidly growing and expanding in the industry. This role will be supporting the NAMs and SNAMs of the largest and most strategic accounts in the business which will give you great exposure and autonomy. The client is actively looking for future National Account Executives for specific leading customers, who can help them to drive sales through their portfolio of amazing brands.
The Role:-Responsible for specified categories of the Beauty business, within major customers or responsible for total business with national customers-Liaise with Demand Planning and communicate any stock availability issues to the customer -Day to day contact with customer teams to respond to ad hoc requests and issues Prepare promotional forecasts in liaison with SNAM and or NAM, Marketing and Trade Marketing - Work together with Demand Planning to ensure all external promotional proposals and internal promotional forecasts are aligned-Co-ordination of a customer specific promotion plan for the category or customer -Management of an investment plan and P&L for the category or customer -Co-ordinate the implementation of a customer specific promotion plan for our leading brands liaising with Marketing/Demand Planning/Trade Marketing/POS and customer buyer and supply teams-Analyse customer EPOS data to track new product launches -Prepare pre-promotional P&L’s to understand revenue and profit potential -Review post promotional analysis to understand results of promotion The Ideal Candidate:-Degree educated-Commercial/sales experience in FMCG -Planning & monitoring: Proficient -Analytical skills: Advanced -Consumer / shopper insights: Proficient -Communication & influencing: Proficient -Negotiation & sales management: Proficient -P&L management: Experience -Budget planning: Proficient -Customer management: Proficient -Communicates effectively & delivering impactful presentations -Show a strong sense of individual accountability and able to work with autonomy -Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches -Committed to deliver results and goes after the stretch target
