One of the fastest growing FMCG drinks companies in the UK is seeking a Sales Director to lead its expanding commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales director to join a well known, forward thinking drinks business, which offers fantastic rewards and career development.
- To define and implement the sales strategy for business growth
- Build a world class team and imbed a culture which continues to motivate and drive results
- Continual and effective leadership of employees including offering career and personal development opportunities
- Review & analyse market potential to maximise business opportunities
- Manage key customer relationships and partnerships and actively develop new business opportunities.
- Break down the sales effort into a defined process and cycle and then working with the team to constantly improve this.
- Have progressed quickly in your career (promotion every 1-2 years)
- Currently work at a top Tier UK FMCG business
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent
- Be a dynamic, entrepreneurial and results-focused individual.
