The Premium BU has an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual to drive the ongoing development and growth of one of our leading trading partners. Being famous for delivering the basics, invest and grow own-label sales, 'always available', being trusted on-line and being trusted for differentiation are strategic priorities for Sainsbury's. The successful candidate will work with the team in identifying synergies to create and embed a joint business-plan that will deliver both for Sainsbury's and Arla's V2020 ambitions.

This role provides the right candidate an opportunity to demonstrate their skill set with a winning retail partner in 2017. Learning, and building on behaviours and an approach that is regarded as best-in-class within Dairy.

To be successful in this role you will be a graduate-level, results driven individual, with a minimum 1-4 years experience within FMCG. You will be highly organised with excellent numerical ability and strong communication skills but above all you will have a passionate can do attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
