Job Details
Our client is a manufacturer of a range of speciality food and drink products. Part of a multinational group their products are used extensively within the foodservice sector both back and front of house. Due to increased demand they now require a National Account Controller to lead their foodservice team and continue to drive sales
Reporting to and working with the Sales Director, to develop and implement strategies that will grow their foodservice business. You will lead a team of National Account, Regional Account Managers and Trade Marketers to greater success.
The account team manage the wholesalers including Brakes and Bidfoods and premium end user groups including hotels, pubs and QSR’s head offices. You will also be expected to maintain client contacts at a senior level and be the company’s face within the foodservice sector.
Of graduate calibre, candidates must be able to demonstrate experience and sales success in the foodservice market. You must possess excellent leadership and commercial skills. You will have been classically trained but now desire the commercial independence and entrepreneurial opportunity that our client can provide. Currently you will be a Senior National Account Manager with some team management experience, you are now ready for a leadership role.
