About our Client:

Our client is a global supplier of fresh food. In the UK they supply a variety of fresh, frozen and prepared food products to the leading grocery retailers. They are well established with an annual turnover running into the billions and have a great reputation for quality and service. Although they are part of a global business the sites in Spalding work as a close knit team with a friendly, family feel.

About the Role:

You will use your experience in Prophet/PR3/Similar software to process all incoming orders and upload data accurately to dispatch. You will have a real eye for detail which will allow you to work quickly and efficiently whilst ensuring no errors are made. You will use your knowledge of logistics and distribution to aid you book the required transport to ensure orders are delivered in full and on time, every time. You will be highly organised and be able to reconcile all haulage invoices and queries. You will be familiar with the required documentation to accompany orders and prepare them ready for dispatch. You will use your excel skills to update and maintain central reports and documents. A real team player you will work closely with members of the Central Admin team to ensure all tasks are complete.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience in PR3, logistics, transport and fresh food or produce. You will have strong administration experience and be very detailed orientated. You will be able to demonstrate your 'hands on' and dynamic approach to work. You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be a strong team player. You will have meticulous attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate that you are cool under pressure and able to think logically and problem solve.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, as a minimum you MUST be able to demonstrate your effective administration skills, have a fantastic attitude, an eye for detail and have experience in fresh food/FMCG sector. You will need to have experience in processing orders, arranging transport and using a Prophet or similar software system.

Hours and Remuneration:

This role is based on a 2-2-3 shift with hours of 18:30 - 06:30. Pay levels are competitive and rise after a 3 month probation period.
