At REACH we have an exciting opportunity for a talented and analytical City Team Support Executive to work within our business. The role will be working with our client Britvic Soft Drinks

The right candidates will be bright, articulate and ready to offer expert support to help the sales team exceed sales targets as well as liaising effectively with our client. You will be joining our high-performing team and you will take charge of accelerating our performance in terms of brand awareness, through events throughout the country. Employed by REACH, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships both internally and externally, understanding multi-channel route to market within the City managers areas to support to grow distribution with new customers

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • High performer in current role
  • Commercial experience of building new business and lead generation
  • Confident communicator internally and externally
  • ability to ‘ask the right questions’ to unlock potential
  • Knowledge of OOH channels inc. license, Foodservice, Wholesale & Convenience
  • Analytical and good understanding of all Microsoft packages
  • A ‘can do’ and positive attitude and a real team player
  • Strong organisation & planning skills
  • presentation skills
  • % of successful conversions from leads passed on to RCM’s
  • Management and development of sales pipeline to ensure good quality leads being passed on
  • Provide Sample support for team in a timely manner
  • Liaise between Britvic and RCM’s to ensure effective management of POS requests
  • Plan and exploit key events in Region to develop appropriate activity and drive incremental sales. 
  • Support RCM’s at events, tradeshows and other seasonal activity
  • Effective communication channels with Reach & Britvic key stakeholders. 
  • Develop expertise in all OOH channels such as Foodservice and Licence.

You must also hold a full driving licence.  There may be some travel in this role and the need for some overnight stays.
