With an aim to create the highest quality product possible, we are versatile, focused and ambitious. We understand the needs of our consumers and retailers and manage all aspects of the supply chain.

We are a boutique healthy, free from indulgent food business specialising in the production of premium products.   The focus is on indulgence, but natural, healthy and Gluten Free, above all else, the range is delicious and has a signature taste based on our own in-house formula and production process. 

Due to the success of the business to date we have distribution gains in 4 of the major grocery multiples and we now require a National Account Manger to continue to win and further develop our business targeting UK Retailers medium to large.

You will help develop the business plan and sales strategy.  You will be responsible for the delivery of this plan. As this is a mix of new business development and account management your major KPI will be to grow sales by developing relationships cross functionally, managing the promotional spend and developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy.

Ideal candidates will have an FMCG background that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of modern account management.  An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential.  Because the emphasis is on 50% new business development, you will be an action orientated, self starting and passionate individual with a proven ability to unlock accounts and make things happen.

You will have experience with P/L and JBP's and looking to work in a fast paced highly autonomy driven environment.
