Here at Molson Coors we are looking for a Business Unit Controller to lead a team working with our key wholesale retailer customers. You will manage and be accountable for all aspects of sector strategy implementation, deliver targeted profit and on-going company objectives in line with trading strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting Customer strategies with the Channel Director, and input to the overall channel strategy and objectives in order maximise our long-term channel opportunity.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the Multi-Functional Selling team for their Customer portfolio and delivering all company KPI's for volume, NSR, AC, forecast bias, people development, and customer survey result scores.
  • Responsible for running a channel balancing Ops and Hazards schedule to mitigate in year channel performance.
  • Responsible for driving cross functional contact strategy and to contribute to developing strategic long-term, sustainable competitive advantage.

About You

  • Qualified to University Degree level Proven commercial leadership experience in an FMCG environment
  • Recent working knowledge within Wholesale Channel Experience of signing of JBP/Strategic plans and budgets
  • GAP negotiation trained
  • Blue-chip company background desirable
