Paul Nyman Consultancy are recruiting a National Account Manager on behalf of a chilled and ambient food manufacturer based in North Yorkshire.

About The Business

Operating in a diverse and fast developing category, our client has taken some big steps towards creating a niche for itself amongst the other big players who operate in the area. Investment in their manufacturing capability has opened up significant opportunities for the business which this role will play a large part in delivering on.

About The Role

As National Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing business within the Wholesale, B2B and Retail (Mults & Discounters) channels. You will be managing a portfolio of products that spans both brand and private label options. Internally you will work closely with a dedicated NPD team to bring through new ideas to your customer base.

About You

  • National Accounts experience with full P&L ownership
  • This could be in B2B or an area of the retail spectrum
  • Demonstrable influencing and negotiating experience
  • Experience of chilled foods would be beneficial
