As leaders in the frozen category we develop best-in-class solutions across the total Foodservice Market with over 50 products in our portfolio, enabling us to supply our customers with bespoke high quality solutions. We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven Regional Account Executives to join our Foodservice Sales team, working as part of a regional team with your own specific territory to grow and develop.

The role comprises of 80% hunting for new business and 20% building strong trading relationships with end users and wholesalers, working with them to understand their needs and requirements and to present solutions which benefit McCain and the customer, as well as monitoring business performance with a focus on continuous improvement.

What you need:

We’re looking for someone who is keen to develop their career in a sales environment, and can demonstrate drive, resilience and the ability to consistently meet or exceed targets and expectations. Experience of working in a commercially oriented (e.g. selling/support) role or within an FMCG environment is preferable. 

The successful candidate will be good at building strong business relationships, with effective communication and influencing skills. They will demonstrate drive and passion, the ability to self-motivate, and be able to present ideas and solutions in a creative and engaging way. Commercial awareness and knowledge of market trends is desirable, although training and support will be available for the right candidate. Ideally the successful candidate will live on patch.
