We are currently looking for a National Account Manager to work for a company with a great portfolio of premium products from charcuterie to cheese to olives. This is a rapidly growing company that operates independently within a larger organisation, meaning you get the autonomy of working in a smaller business with the peace of mind of being part of a large player within the industry.
The National Account Manager role will focus on managing accounts within the convenience sector including Nisa, Spar and Poundland. This role will focus on maintaining and improving upon the relationships with their current client base, however as a progressive business with big ambitions they are always looking for new business development options.
The company are looking for someone with a real passion for food- a “genuine foody”. A proven track record managing a retail FMCG account is essential and candidates with experience in the chilled food sector would be preferred. The successful candidate needs to be a highly motivated, dedicated individual with an excellent commercial knowledge of negotiation, project management and presentations skills whilst demonstrating the desire and passion to work in a fast paced business.
