Account Manager South
Our client is one of Europe’s leading chemical businesses, they are now seeking to appoint an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of major customers in the Food Manufacturing sector. With a solid reputation for innovation, NPD and significant capital investment the business continues to show strong growth in its core markets both in the UK and wider International markets.
You will be tasked with developing sales and profit within some of the division’s key and strategic accounts, this will be with key customer accounts within the food industry, supplying them with speciality ingredients and chemicals. Having grown your commercial experience up to Account Manager level, which must include experience of working in food ingredient categories, you are now ready to make your next career move. With outstanding new business development, negotiation, commercial P&L and customer relationship building skills you have the attributes to succeed in this challenging yet exciting new role.
Managing complex relationships and connecting the right people within the business to the right people within the customer is seen as an essential skill. While an ability to establish and uncover opportunities using your extensive knowledge of both products and your customer base are an integral part of the role.
You should be hard working, outgoing with gravitas and a strong personal brand within the ingredients sector. Strong both internally and externally together with the enthusiasm and drive to achieve both your commercial and personal goals. You will have direct experience within the ingredients industry, working within the Food Manufacturing customer base.
