Salary: DOE c£20,000
Our client is a nationally recognised foodservice provider who are renowned for service excellence and supporting its customers in achieving their food strategies and commercial objectives. This has now positioned them as the UK’s ‘go to’ delivered wholesale partner across the care, education, leisure destinations and the hospitality sectors. Due to some big contract wins and ambitious growth plans, they are now seeking for a National Account Support Executive.
As a National Account Executive, you will be supporting the National Account Manager to ensure you deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. You will do this by managing out of stocks, managing complaint logs, setting up new accounts, maintaining all customer information is up to date, processing orders and generally any other ad-hoc duties the National Account Manager sets you. As you can tell this is a customer service/administrative based role with exposure to working with multi-million-pound national accounts. This would also be a good starting position for someone looking to get into the sales environment as there will be opportunities to progress into a National Accounts role.
The person for this Sales Representative role:
We are looking for someone who has a positive “can-do” attitude, be keen to learn new skills and have a desire to make a difference. It would be beneficial if you are coming from a similar background, however if you’ve been in sales support/customer service admin then we will consider that also. In addition, we are looking for:
- Based in the Gloucester area
- A dynamic individual and a self-starter
- Excellent admin skills and a great personality – positive, likeable, good sense of humour, builds relationships easily
- Embraces being accountable
- Possess the potential and desire to progress to a more senior role
