Our client is a large American organisation with a portfolio of well-known household branded consumer products in the UK and Europe. With a headcount of over 6000, the pace is fast and the day-to-day is diverse with all employees being committed to being entrepreneurial and collaborative in their approach.

Following an internal reorganisation within their Marketing structure a number of new and exciting roles have been created. Specifically they are looking to bring in a Brand Manager.


Reporting to the Brand Development Director, the Brand Manager will be accountable for developing the brand innovation and communication strategies for a product grouping(s) within a brand to build consumer demand and market share, grounded in deep consumer, product, and market understanding.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing brand strategy, pricing strategy, innovation, product portfolio management and brand communication plans.

Applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

• Degree educated with between 2-5 years of equivalent marketing experience within a Consumer Products organisation.
• Ideally had prior experience of working within global business within international exposure.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of differences between countries and cultures.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into strategies and plans.
• Proven success in executing a comprehensive marketing plan that is integrated across multiple consumer touch points, including at point-of-purchase.
• Prior experience of recommending pricing strategies and guardrails, and managing price to extract maximum value.
• Previously participated in new product launches from concept stage through commercialisation and in-market success.
